'Sweet game'
The prosecutor, handling the case, detailed the criminal behavior to the judicial body.
She stated his targets were children from difficult backgrounds who were participating in a summer camp which he operated.

She informed the proceedings the defendant had conducted this practice with the boys "over an extended period", and youngsters had earlier experienced illness the following morning.
She stated Ruben had been capable of justifying this for many years as the youngsters being "overwrought by enjoyment", until his family member had worries in recently.
The legal representative continued: "In the summer" his stepson had concerns about the situation, justifiably.
"They chose" to investigate in the individual's items."
The legal counsel explained materials including lubricant, ointment and medical needles were found, and his stepson contacted the law enforcement about his concerns.
She said the defendant proceeded to engage in the "treat game" with six boys that evening - Saturday 26 July - and they were all sick the following morning.
"Authorities" had not gone out by that time," she continued.
The police watchdog, the investigative body, had stated that it was investigating the police response of the events.
The legal representative explained the minors were having difficulty walking due to being ill, so the stepson notified the law enforcement once more.
She stated the defendant then conducted the "candy game" in a room of five minors.
